Hi, I’m Duy Yen, but my friends call me Kiwi – you are welcome to do so as well. I am a Community Support Worker with over 17 years of experience. I have supported so many different people of all different abilities in all sorts of ways. I have worked at multiple levels in my former organisation, from support worker to Service Co-ordinator to Person-Centred Planner.

If you are looking for a caring, reliable, honest, and friendly person, you’ve found him.

I am an active person that loves sport – tennis, rugby league, rugby union, soccer, martial arts, and surfing (among others!). I play chess, guitar, and sing in a choir. I also love going to the movies and live events.

If you’d like to find out more about me, I am one half of the podcast, The Two Gentle Men, available on Spotify, Apple Podcasts, and YouTube.

I like to support people with disabilities or anyone that needs support with their daily living. I am available for personal care, support with daily living skills, fitness, leisure activities, or just some good company. I take a person-centred approach to everything I do and hope to get to know my clients on their terms.

I service the Lower North Shore and Northern Beaches of Sydney. I have a full driver licence, WWCC, police check, NDIS worker check, professional indemnity ($1,000,000) and public and product liability ($10,000,000) insurance, and my own vehicle with comprehensive insurance. My rates are as per the NDIS guidelines. If you think I am a good fit for you, please get in touch with me via email at duyyen.chau@gmail.com. I’d love to hear from you!
